Our all-day dining spot, Ekspedisjonshallen is your local neighbourhood living room serving up classic brasserie-style favourites against an original wall fresco by artist Per Krohg. Familiar, laidback and with a backdrop of jazz music by our house band, accompanied by guest vocalists, this is the perfect place to set up an office away from home, to gather for a quick working breakfast, a long lazy weekend brunch, or dinner with friends. At Ekspedisjonshallen, anything goes, so come on in, our doors are always open.

Light, power and warmth. Like the original motto for Oslo Lysverker, the brunch at Sommerro is the perfect weekend energy booster. Come with plenty of appetite, because our menu of crowd-pleasing classics, which includes favourites from Eggs Benedict to Mimosas, means there's a high chance you will want a taste of everything.

The bar, like the rest of the house, is thematically dated back to the Scandinavian Art Deco period of the 1930s. With a focus on clean and elegant servings, we offer a journey through time in a cocktail glass. We also have a large non-alcoholic selection, including a separate drink menu inspired by the prohibition era, so that everyone can feel welcome.
