Our crowning glory, TAK Oslo is a Nordic-Japanese rooftop restaurant from award-winning chef Frida Ronge. The sister to the Stockholm original, our dishes also showcase Ronge’s unique Nordic-Japanese style, but they celebrate the best of Norway using only fresh, seasonal, local and sustainable produce. Against breathtaking Frogner views, enjoy Ronge’s menu of Japanese-flecked dishes using Norwegian ingredients, such as miso soup with Törfisk (Norwegian dried fish) instead of bonito, fresh Nordic sashimi using local fish like arctic char, or for dessert, local brunost cheese ice cream with a white miso, caramel and yuzu sauce.
