- Date changes can be made until 4 PM on the day of arrival, note that there may be a price difference for the new date
- The prepaid amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation, unless the cancellation is made within 4 hours of the reservation being made
- Date changes can be made up to 48 hours before arrival, note that there may be a price difference for the new date
- The prepaid amount will not be refunded in case of cancellation, unless the cancellation is made within 4 hours of the reservation being made or with the purchase of cancellation insurance.
- With the purchase of cancellation insurance, the reservation can be freely canceled up to 48 hours before arrival. The cancellation fee will not be refunded.
- Bookings made on time restricted offers cannot be moved to dates after the offer period has ended.
- Treatments and activities at Vestkantbadet & Vestkantbadet Gym can be canceled up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment.
No Show / Failure to arrive
- All reservations that have not been canceled by the set deadline, or in the case of a no show/failure to arrive, will be charged. This applies to all departments of the hotel unless otherwise agreed
There is a minimum age requirement of 20 to book a room at Sommerro. The booking must be in the name of a person aged 20 years or more.
GENERAL TERMS AND CONDITIONS
The confirmation will indicate the number of persons, price, lodging, as well as other products and services to be provided by the hotel
Validity of Price Agreement
The agreed prices are binding for both parties, but the hotel reserves the right to adjust the prices due to increased taxes and fees or other circumstances beyond the control of the hotel
The reservation is guaranteed through a company or by credit card. The hotel reserves the right to request a deposit
Authorization will be taken at check-in for the agreed price. The authorization will be charged at check-out, and any amount beyond that will be paid directly at the hotel
Invoicing must be agreed upon and approved no later than 12:00 PM on weekdays or 3:00 PM before the weekend. Requests for invoicing must be sent in writing by email to firstname.lastname@example.org. We reserve the right to perform a credit check on the company before approving the invoice. Invoicing fees may apply. We do not invoice individuals
Sommerro is a smoke-free hotel. In the event of smoking in our hotel rooms, a fee will be charged. In the case of smoking in common areas, the hotel reserves the right to charge a fee or ask the individual to leave the hotel. The fee for smoking in the hotel is 5.000NOK.
Responsibility for Property Damage or Negligent Behavior
The reservation holder is responsible for any damage to the room and premises resulting from negligence or negligent behavior by the guest(s). A fee will be charged for any damage incurred. The hotel reserves the right to ask the individual to leave the hotel
Events beyond the control of either party – such as strikes, lockouts, fires, etc. that make it impossible to fulfill the obligations of this agreement – entitle the party to terminate the agreement without liability
Check-in and Check-out
Check-in is guaranteed from 3:00 PM on the day of arrival
Check-out is at 12:00 PM on the departure day for individual bookings and at 10:00 AM for groups
Early check-in or late check-out may be available upon request, at an additional cost
All disputes that may arise between the parties to this agreement or otherwise, or between guests and the hotel, shall be resolved under Norwegian law. If the dispute is not settled amicably, the hotel's jurisdiction shall apply.

Lost & found
The guest is responsible for covering the costs associated with the forwarding of lost property
For security purposes, it is not allowed to have room visitors from people who are not hotel guests after 23:30 / 11:30pm.
