Vestkantbadet can finally welcome the city’s bathers again. The entire old bath, with Art Deco interior, has been restored to its original condition. “Swimming women and seals” is the name of the iconic mosaic made by Per Krohg. This motif is also the inspiration behind Sommerro’s logo and visual identity. The protected mosaic is carefully restored, tile by tile. Notice the special brilliant effect. The lockers in the changing areas have been sanded by hand on site, and is shining once again just like at the opening 90 years ago.
We wish you welcome, either you want to take a short swim, spend an hour away from the stress of the city or combine bath and sauna with treatments in our wellness universe.

The age limit at Vestkantbadet is 16 years accompanied by an adult.
Open Saturday and Sunday for children from 6 years accompanied by an adult from 09:00-16:00 (hotel guests and members).
Day guests with children under 6 years accompanied by an adult from 14:00-16:00.
